We get a lot of inquiries at the PHCA about available apartments or houses. Unfortunately, we don’t have a list of properties for sale or rent. There are a couple of reasons: first, there simply isn’t much available — this is a small neighborhood, with little turnover. When places do come available, they tend to go very quickly.
And it’s rare that landlords or building owners contact us with information about rentals or properties for sale. The best source for up-to-date listings on rentals in Polish Hill is on Craigslist — that’s where we look to see what’s available.
