Official trick-or-treat night moved to Saturday, November 3 — stop by the PHCA to get a treat!

Due to Hurricane Sandy, the City of Pittsburgh and most surrounding areas have moved their official trick-or-treat nights to Saturday, November 3. The hours remain the same, though: 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. So instead being open on Wednesday evening, the PHCA will now be open for trick-or-treating on Saturday evening. Please stop by and pick up a treat — you don’t even have to be a kid.
